baton run horse treksBased at Baton Run, Nelson Horse Treks is part of a working farm.  There is something going on every day of the year, from our highly rated Horse Treks, to sheep shearing or fencing.  The jobs on a beef and sheep farm are never ending!

Occasionally Fiona and Richard manage a few days away from it all. A holiday for Fiona usually involves the horses – yes, a horse trek holiday!

Our news page is for interesting snippets that fill our daily lives.  Those of us who call Baton Run home… and of course our guests, who come to trek the Kahurangi hills on horseback alongside us.
